PC Support – $50 per hour
Please call (480) 251-8909 to arrange to drop off your computer. Your problem will be diagnosed and you will be called with an estimate. Most repairs are complete in 2-4 business days or less. If you need to purchase hardware, then we can help you get the best deal and place an order. For larger projects, project quotes available on request.

On-Site Computer Service Call – $50 per hour plus mileage
On-site service is available in these cities: Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, San Tan Valley and Apache Junction.  By appointment only. 1 hour minimum charge. Established business only.

System Engineering – $80 per hour
This would include RFP writing, project coordination, management of LAN/WAN network services, drafting LAN/WAN documentation and processes and high-level problem troubleshooting

Remote IT Support – $40 per hour
Remote support available for software troubleshooting, program installation, and updates. High speed internet access is required.

Payment is due on date of service and payable to Telechron Consulting.

All repairs come with a 30 day labor warranty. If your computer breaks down with the same problem within 30 days of the repair, we will fix it free of any labor charge. Any warranty work or repairs must be diagnosed and performed by Telechron Consulting or the warranty is void. No warranty for virus or spyware infections. Parts used for repairs, or any equipment sold to you are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty only. All sales are final.  If you are not 100% satisfied,  Telechron Consulting will do everything reasonably possible to resolve the problem for you.
